Educational Background
Mutuse boasts a distinguished academic background in law. He earned a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Nairobi between 2015 and 2016, following his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B), where he graduated with Second Class Honours, Upper Division in 2014.
His legal training continued at the Kenya School of Law, where he completed his studies from 2016 to 2018, passing the Bar Examination and obtaining a Professional Diploma in Law.
Early Education
Mutuse’s foundational education includes attending Makueni Boys High School from 1994 to 1997, where he completed his Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE).
He began his academic journey at Kanyangu Primary School, earning his Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) from 1986 to 1993.
Professional Career
Before entering the political arena, Mutuse held several key positions in both the public and private sectors. From 2013 to 2022, he served as Chief of Staff for the County Government of Machakos.
His career also includes roles as Regional Coordinator for Maendeleo Resource Trust (2007-2008) and as a Communication Officer at the Cabinet Office under the Government Spokesperson (2004-2007).
