President William Ruto has moved with sped by nominating Professor Kithure Kindiki to fill the vacancy in the office of the Deputy President.
A message from the Speaker of the national assembly read,
“I have received a message from the president on the nomination of Professor Kithure Kindiki to fill the vacancy in the office of the Deputy President of the Republic of Kenya”
This comes a day after Rigathi Gachagua was impeached by the senate.
The abrasive DP fell ill and was admitted at Karen Hospital.
