Chiki Kuruka Personal Life
Chiki came to Kenya in 2018 on a trip and got attached to the Kenyan spirit. Through a friend fashion designer named Jambo Emmanuel, Chiki met Bien Baraza. The two began a friendship that soon morphed into a relationship. One year later, Bien proposed to Chiki for her hand in marriage at Westgate mall on 27 February 2019. The two got married in a private white wedding attended by only close family and friends and held secretively away from the public and the media.
Recently, there has been a social media stir whereby Marini Naturals CEO Michelle Ntalami wrote an open letter revealing that her partner Makena Njeri, a BBC Journalist had been cheating on her with multiple women with two confessing to it. Online users speculated and started suggesting that Chiki was one of the women. She shut down the allegations saying she respected Michelle and had never been involved with a woman nor a non-binary person. Michelle Ntalami affirmed this clearing Chiki’s name.
