Wambui Wamae got married to Bob in 2016 on 2nd April in a luxurious and posh wedding held in Kitisuru and attended by Chief Executive Officers from around the country and beyond.
Previously, Wambui was married to a man named Kinyua Joseph with whom she had borne twin daughters. Her divorce from Kinyua had caused some legal trouble as they accused each other of different divorce reasons.
Afterward, Wambui and Bob Collymore enjoyed a great friendship in their marriage as they would often be seen together very happy. Bob asked the president of Kenya before he died to ensure that Wambui and the girls were properly cared for and lacked nothing.
In the recently concluded court hearing at the High Court, Wambui was granted temporary permission to manage his assets worth an approximated Ksh 200,000,000. Additionally, she was tied to ensuring she made decisions in consultation with Bob’s children from a previous marriage – James and Sarah from his marriage to Claire-Bishop Collymore.
