Prof. George Luchiri Wajackoyah famously known as Wajackoyah the Fifth is among the four presidential candidates for the August 2022 general elections. He is among the most educated Kenyans. With a total of 17 degrees, the politician’s goal is to legalize bhang in the country in order to pay off its debts, if elected.
George Wajackoyah Early life
The 63-year-old presidential aspirant was born on 24th October in the year 1959 in Matungu, Western Kenya. Later at the age of three, his parents got divorced, leaving him abandoned. With hopes of reuniting with his mother, Wajackoyah traveled to Busia with the intention of going to Uganda where it was rumored that she had moved. Wajackoyah’s mother is Melenia Makokha and his father’s name is Tito Olilo Jakoya.
He was unsuccessful and therefore only relied on help from well-wishers. Wajackoyah later moved to Nairobi where he lived in the streets. However, he was rescued by a well-wisher and was later lucky to get a sponsorship from the then Education Minister, the late Joseph Kamotho.
Education
Wajackoyah went to Mumias Boys’ High School where he studied for his A-levels. The lawyer is the most learned presidential aspirant of the year 2022 with most degree certificates. After High school, he proceeded to the University of Wolver Hampton the UK, where he studied law and graduated in 1996.
In 1998, he graduated with a master of law development from the University of Warwick. Later in 2006, the professor graduated with a master of law (us law) from the University of Baltimore.
Career Journey
Prof. Wajackoyah has taught in different institutions in the UK, the US, and Kenya. He taught mainly human rights, law and economics, international law, and comparative constitutional. Also, he has practiced law for 25 years. The politician is also the founding partner of Luchiri & Co Advocates.

Political Journey
The presidential aspirant aims to create prime minister positions in his government, suspend the parliament for six months, and reduce working days to four. In addition, he wants to legalize marijuana and use the money to pay off the country’s debts.
