Sanlam has been a fast-growing insurance company with their branches spread across countries in East Africa. It is mostly known for general and medical insurance but it’s car insurance policies are also pretty good. For private cars, Sanlam offers comprehensive covers in the event of an accident. The caveat to this is that the insurance cover has to make sure that the costs of repairing the said car is reasonable.
They also offer limited cover in the case of fires, attempted theft, hijacking and actual theft. They offer customized insurance plan according to one’s budget.
