Admission Requirements
Students who wish to join Madonna University that enjoys no cultism, non-interruption of learning in strikes, and well-equipped learning facilities have to meet certain minimum requirements. These are:

- English language O’ Level Credit Level Pass
- Mathematics O’ Level Credit Level Pass
- 3 other subjects O’ Level Credit Level Pass relevant to the course selected
Online Admission
- Get your documents ready by scanning your passport, O-Level results, birth certificate, and JAMB results
- Visit the www.madonnauniversity.edu.ng website and navigate to the prompt to apply
- This leads one to the online application form which you must fill correctly i.e do not use lowercase except for your email address, correct names
- Fill and present your form, and upload the scanned documents
- Proceed to print out your access code (for subsequent logins) and application number (for payments to the institution once accepted)
- You will then need to pay 6,000 Naira for the medical fee, then take a medical test and undergo an oral interview at either of the colleges.
- If successful, proceed to pay the school fees as stipulated by the bursar for the course you have been selected for.
Admission to the university began on 1st July, 2021 to the colleges (Okija, Elele, and Akpugo). All payments to Madonna University are made at Mayfresh Mortgage Bank.
Skoolboard Student Portal Login
The skoolboard allows ongoing learners to access various university services remotely.
These include university updates such as on the state of Covid-19 preparedness and containment measures within the school. Madonna University event calendar and course registration links are available on the portal. Students can access their campus catalogs, view their fee payment status, and follow up on their timetables and examination results.
To log in, use your username and the password set on account registration via the school email.
