Susan Nakhumicha Wafula was born in Kitale, Kenya. While there are no exact details on her birthday, her age ranges between 27 to 30 years as of 2022.

For her secondary school education, Susan Wafula went to St. Brigid’s Girls Kiminini. She later went on to join the Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) where she attained her Diploma in Pharmacy.
