She joined In March 2008, Victoria joined Angela Crockett Enterprises Inc. in New York and New Jersey as an Assistant of the CEO. This lasted till September 2008.
Victoria Rubadiri’s first leg into the mainstream media industry was in April 2011 when she joined Capital FM as a Business Journalist and news presenter. This went on till December 2012.
She came in to NTV as an anchor and reporter in December 2012 where has worked till early last year.

Victoria has a teenage daughter known as Neema. She recently brought in her fans on her struggles with being a teen mom and how that took a toll on her self-esteem and purpose. She conceived Neema while she was 18 and still in University.
Neema’s father denied responsibility, something that almost made Victoria to resort to undergoing an abortion. However, her family was so supportive and receptive of the pregnancy and was able to convince her to keep the pregnancy. She gave birth to Neema in 2005. Neema is currently 15 years old.
During the December 2019 holidays, she shared a photo of Neema hugging her father, Neema’s grandfather while in Malawi, her home country. The two looked so happy together and they seem to have an unbreakable bond.
