The season where fans of the critically acclaimed show vote to see their favorite housemates retained or eventually win is here with us. The Big Brother Naija has now been running for 6 seasons and is one that is really loved across the continent and beyond. For these past seasons, the show has had a consistent way of voting for the housemates who are hosted for 90 days as the reality TV show goes on.
With each episode, a member gets evicted based on the votes. This time, however, the clothing procedure has changed a bit. Housemates with the lowest votes and are up for eviction will form the basis from which the show is run.
In this article, we will explore how to vote online for the Big Brother Naija contestants. The voting process can be done on an ordinary mobile phone or a computer with an internet connection.
- To begin the voting process, visit the online voting web page africamagic.dstv.com/show/big-brother-naija/season/6/vote. To move on, you need to have an account so in case you do not have one this is the point at which you create it. If you already have one you just have to log in using your username and password.
- After registration, you’ll come upon a landing page with a bunch of photos displayed. These are the housemates who are up for eviction and you just have to click on one.
- Once you are at this step, you have the option to regulate the number of votes you give the housemate. Each user is entitled to a maximum of 100 votes per eviction round.
Alternatively, if you have the DSTV or the GoTv app, you can also vote from there. Simply maneuver to the vote option and you will be prompted to register or create a new account in case you are visiting for the first time. Once you have confirmed the OTP number you will be set to go. If you have an existing account, you can simply log in to it.

As with the previous option, select the housemate you want to vote for and choose the number of votes you want to give them. Remember that you are voting the evicted housemates to see which ones can be retained and which ones will be evicted.
All forms of voting are free and voting limes are open right after the show and close on Thursday for the votes to be consolidated.
