Faustina Charles Mfinaga commonly known as Nandy is an award-winning songwriter, singer and dancer from Tanzania. She is a renowned name in Tanzania for her alluring voice and collaborations she has done with major artistes beyond Tanzanian borders. The two were seen putting their affairs in the public when Bill surprised Nandy during her live performance on a Tanzanian TVE show.
