Kashyap went into street life as a young boy by mingling with the wrong crowds. As a teenager, he was already involved in petty crimes that got him into juvenile. He did not reform but went on to bigger and more serious crimes such as robbery, theft, and attempted murder. Durlabh has been in and out of jail in India not fewer than five times and all that at the tender age of twenty. Crime life does not pay in any way but only in pain and regrets.
His style of crime was in running online gangs that would execute his crimes and he remained the mastermind. His Instagram page has a following of 43,400 people who hailed him and even referred to him as King. On one occasion in 2018, he used his Facebook page to drive panic by perpetrating false information. Durlabh Kashyap known for having tika on his forehead and kajal in his eyes was a young man who managed to influence masses in the wrong direction. This was short-lived as in 2020, he ultimately met his end.

On the fateful night of 7th September 2020, he got into a fight with a rival named Shahnawaz. He attacked the rival whose gang member retaliated by stabbing Durlabh. The stab wound would have him hospitalized in Indore but would later succumb to the wound.
