The Kenya College of Accountancy (KCA) was founded in 1989 by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) with the objective to boost the state of accounting and management of financial information in the country.

The university has grown to gain popularity among high school graduates and even professionals seeking to further enhance their knowledge in their choice career fields.

KCA provides educational services in four faculties and schools, listed as follows:

  • School of Business and Public Management
  • School of Graduate Studies and Research
  • Faculty of Computing and Information Management
  • Faculty of Education and Arts

The KCA University also requires a top up of Ksh 1,500 per semester for students in the following departments and courses as a laboratory charge:

  • Faculty of Science Programs such as Applied Computing and Information Technology (IT)
  • Faculty of Education Programs such as the Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Bachelor of Arts in Film Technology.

KCA University mode of fee payments

The University does not accept any cash payments in the school and asks students to make fee payments via banners cheques or making a deposit in the University Bank accounts.
